A Portuguese Wines Shop may require personal details by asking its users to fill out a form that contains personal identification. This is voluntary; it may ask for your name, e-mail and telephone number, among others.

These personal details are automatically processed once the user gives his/her consent, this enables the user to receive a newsletter as well as purchase products on-line.

A Portuguese Wines Shop reserves the right to give suppliers of goods or services, its user’s details without giving personal details whenever an increased value is created to the user.

All of the information in this site may, at any moment, be changed without previous warning, as long as there have been verified changes in the in the legal conjectures or is in the interest of the Portuguese Wines Shop or the entities associated to it, in order to guarantee the quality and efficiency of the services offered by this site.

The Portuguese Wines Shop is not responsible for internet failures that belong to other servers and services under its responsibility. However, there may be an interruption in the assistance in case there is need for repairing, management or some other type of alteration in the informatics’ network.

 
Sales Conditions
Accepting ConditionsThe client declares that he/she is aware of the purchase conditions and accepts them.

Ordering ProcessOnce you have purchased a product on-line, the Portuguese Wines Shop will send you an e-mail confirming the order, followed by another e-mail accepting the order and giving a foreseen sending deadline.

Minimum amountOn-line purchases, made in this site, that amount to less than 11  Bottles will not be accepted.
Orders from the American Continent are not accepted.

Sending deadlineOrders will be sent within 3 working days, if there is stock available for that.
If we are out of stock, this process may take up to 10 days.

Sending processAll orders will be sent by mail.

Sending costs Sending costs are 3,20 euro per bottle.

Period of Contract ResolutionFor long distance contracts the consumer has at least 14 days to settle the contract without indemnity payment and does not have to specify the reason. The Portuguese Wines Shop will accept the return of products, giving in return the value of the product or will exchange it without additional costs, for the client, as well as sending costs and difference in the prices of the products.

CertifiedAll of the products commercialized by the Portuguese Wines Shop are covered by a warranty as to its manufacturing faults.

Returning ProcessIf you wish to return your purchase, you must send an e-mail to: sales@portuguesewinesshop.com stating your reasons. Once you have sent an e-mail, you will be informed of the returning process.

Lose Loss of the right to return a productYou will be unable to return a purchased product, if you have removed the warranty, inviolability and security seal.

TaxesThe products available already include IVA to the legal tax.

LegalThe Portuguese Wines Shop commits itself to abide by the legislation on long distance sales and electronic sales.
